The DossiMed service is published by REC SUARL, Société Unipersonnelle à Responsabilité Limitée, with status Société totalement exportatrice, registered in Tunisie.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have documented parental consent where applicable law requires it.
If you use DossiMed on behalf of a third party (e.g. a family member), you confirm that you have the necessary authorisation and act as the primary account owner.
DossiMed is a personal organisation tool for your medical record (digitisation, reminders, controlled sharing, etc.).
DossiMed is not a medical device within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR). DossiMed provides no automated medical decision, no diagnosis, no prescription, no dose calculation, no drug-interaction alert. The app faithfully reproduces instructions from the prescribing physician that you have validated. Medical liability remains entirely with the prescribing physician.
You are responsible for confidentiality of your credentials and accuracy of the information you enter. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us without delay at security@dossimed.ai.
DossiMed organises information; it does not provide care. In a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately: 15 (France), 190 (Tunisia), 144 (Switzerland), 112 (EU emergency number).
Paid subscriptions are billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, with RevenueCat as the technical in-app entitlements intermediary. Prices, taxes, trial periods, renewals, and cancellations follow each storefront’s rules. Premium status is synchronised automatically with the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, REC SUARL shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or exemplary damages, or for medical decisions made without professional validation. You remain solely responsible for use and interpretation of information displayed by DossiMed.
All application content (code, DossiMed trademark registered at EUIPO under À RENSEIGNER (numéro EUIPO), design, editorial content, architecture diagrams) belongs to REC SUARL and is protected by intellectual property laws. No licence is granted beyond the right to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use subject to these terms.
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence (including EU law for EU consumers), disputes fall under the competent courts of Tunis.
REC SUARL may amend these terms. Users will be informed via the app, and explicit acceptance of new terms may be required on next login where law or storefront rules require it.
