Born from a personal experience, built with passion, and designed to serve people everywhere.
The turning point came from real life
One day, in a public place, a child suddenly had a medical episode. His mother, overwhelmed by stress, could not recall his treatments or medical history. Their documents were at home, unavailable at the most critical moment.
By chance, a doctor nearby stepped in to help. In that stressful moment, getting essential information quickly, such as ongoing treatments, history, and allergies, was difficult. Without clear records, care becomes more complex and every minute matters. Thankfully, the situation was stabilized and the child recovered.
That scene stayed with me. What if it had ended differently? How many similar situations happen every day because medical information is not easily accessible?
Then there was an acquaintance who became disabled simply because a medication dose was missed. His spouse was traveling and could not remind him in time. One missed dose. A life-changing consequence.

DossiMed is edited and operated by REC, a Tunisian SUARL ("société unipersonnelle à responsabilité limitée") operating under the "totalement exportatrice" export regime. The platform was designed from day one for export markets — Europe, the Maghreb, and the broader MENA region — with all intellectual property, hosting contracts, and subprocessor agreements consolidated at the entity level for clean transferability.
We are actively exploring strategic partnerships with health insurers, telecom operators, pharmaceutical groups, and sovereign health programs. Engagement models range from white-label deployment in your own cloud, to exclusive technology licensing within a defined territory or therapeutic area, to full intellectual-property transfer.
Hosted on Supabase eu-central-2 (Zürich, Switzerland — GDPR adequacy decision). EU representative under GDPR Article 27 in place. Compliance documentation available under NDA to qualified counterparties.

A track record of excellence
INSAT engineering graduate (high honors) with 13+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, datacenters, and DevOps. Official Microsoft trainer with 20+ professional certifications (Azure, VMware, Kubernetes, DevOps).
Entrepreneurship as a driving force
In 2023, I founded Reflection Engineering Consulting (REC), my own IT consulting company, serving international clients across Tunisia, France, Ivory Coast, and Mauritania. REC, registered as a Tunisian SUARL under the "totalement exportatrice" export regime, is also the entity that publishes and operates DossiMed.
The AI and development challenge
My initial expertise was infrastructure, not software development. Yet since 2023, I learned to code, mastered AI, built GenAI applications, and shared my journey on YouTube and LinkedIn. Result: I won my first AI innovation clients and delivered complex projects on my own.
Nothing is impossible — this is how I was introduced after being selected in the top 3 of an international competition organized by Founder Institute (FI) Middle East, among hundreds of candidates. It reflects my mindset: obstacles are opportunities in disguise.
DossiMed: a passion project
I created DossiMed the way an artist paints: with care, obsession for detail, and the ambition to serve people worldwide. Every line of code and every feature solves a real problem for real people.
My promise: continuously improve DossiMed, integrate it with health and insurance systems, and make it accessible to as many people as possible. My success metric is the number of users who truly benefit from the app.
