For insurers, telecom operators, and pharmaceutical groups

A multilingual chronic-care platform, ready to integrate

DossiMed is a production-grade medication-adherence and prescription-management platform, built for European compliance from day one and natively localized for French, Arabic, and English markets. Available for white-label deployment, exclusive licensing, or full IP transfer.

Who this is for

Health insurers and mutual funds

Reduce avoidable hospitalizations

Adherence drift among chronic patients drives a meaningful share of avoidable claim costs. DossiMed gives you a deployable engagement layer that escalates from push to WhatsApp to automated voice calls.

  • Multi-channel engagement pyramid (push → WhatsApp → automated voice)
  • Outcome telemetry compatible with actuarial reporting
  • Deployable in a sovereign or member-state-hosted environment

Telecom operators (MENA, Maghreb, francophone Africa)

Add a credible health vertical to your value-added services

Telecom operators with tens of millions of subscribers need a packaged health product that speaks Arabic natively, integrates with WhatsApp, and ships in weeks rather than years.

  • Native Arabic, French, and English — RTL handling included
  • WhatsApp Business API as a first-class channel
  • White-label-ready: brand, locale, and operator backend in days

Pharmaceutical groups and patient-engagement programs

Improve persistence on chronic therapies

A five-point improvement in adherence translates directly into additional months of therapy and protected revenue on a chronic franchise. DossiMed plugs into existing patient-support programs without crossing the medical-device threshold.

  • Sub-MDR positioning — no Class IIa certification required
  • Brand-neutral platform, fits any therapeutic franchise
  • Compatible with existing PSP vendors and CRM stacks

What the platform does today

Prescription capture and structuring

A two-stage AI pipeline turns a phone photo of a paper prescription into a validated, structured medication list. Document Intelligence handles the visual layer; a frontier language model handles the semantic layer. No personally identifying data leaves the EU perimeter.

Multi-channel adherence engagement

Push notification at the dose time. If unacknowledged, escalation to WhatsApp with a short conversational message. If still unacknowledged on critical doses, automated voice call in the patient's locale with multilingual synthesized voices.

Doctor-side viewer

A web portal where prescribing physicians can view the structured prescription, adherence telemetry, and patient-shared lab results. Read-only, audit-logged, RBAC-controlled.

Compliance and audit posture

GDPR Article 13, 9, and 27 compliant. Two-checkbox health-data consent with persistence. Automatic data-retention purge jobs. Article 20 portability through a one-click export. Data Processing Agreements signed with all subprocessors. Hosted on Supabase eu-central-2 (Zurich, Switzerland — GDPR adequacy decision).

Engagement models

White-label deployment

Run DossiMed under your brand, in your locale, on the infrastructure of your choice.

  • Brand, color system, app icon, and copy per locale
  • Deploy in your sovereign cloud or in our managed environment
  • Operator-side admin console for cohort management
  • Pilot in 6 to 10 weeks

Exclusive technology licensing

Take exclusive rights to operate DossiMed in a defined territory or therapeutic area.

  • Exclusivity by country, region, or therapeutic franchise
  • Source-available access under a commercial license
  • Co-development on agreed roadmap items
  • Multi-year term with renewal options

Suited for: Pharmaceutical groups for a chronic franchise, regional health-tech holdings

Full IP transfer

  • Complete source code (mobile app, doctor viewer, edge functions, schemas)
  • Brand, domain, and trademark filings
  • Subprocessor account transfers and migration support
  • Full documentation pack: architecture, ERD, GDPR registry, AIPD

Suited for: Strategic acquirers building a long-term health vertical

What makes the platform portable

Native multilingualism

French, Arabic, and English are first-class locales. The Arabic experience is built natively, not retrofitted. Right-to-left layout, locale-appropriate synthesized voices, and culturally adapted message templates ship out of the box.

GDPR-by-construction

Compliance was a design constraint, not an audit response. The platform ships with consent persistence, automatic retention purges, Article 20 export, an EU representative under Article 27, and signed DPAs with all subprocessors.

Below the medical-device threshold

DossiMed reproduces the prescriber's instructions and helps the patient follow them. It does not diagnose, calculate doses, flag contraindication risks, or interpret lab values. This sub-MDR positioning means integration in weeks, not the multi-year clinical-evaluation cycle of a Class IIa device.

Vendor-portable architecture

Document Intelligence, the frontier LLM, the messaging providers, and the database layer are all swappable. A buyer can re-host the platform in a sovereign cloud or with an internal LLM without rewriting the core application code.

Hosting and legal posture

Hosting

Primary region: Supabase eu-central-2, Zurich, Switzerland. Switzerland holds a GDPR adequacy decision under Article 45, qualifying it as a permitted destination for European health data without supplementary measures.

Editor entity

DossiMed is published by REC, a Tunisian SUARL operating under the "totalement exportatrice" export regime. The platform is structurally oriented toward export markets, with all rights consolidated at the entity level for clean transferability.

Compliance documentation

Available under NDA to qualified counterparties: GDPR processing registry, Data Protection Impact Assessment, technical and organizational measures inventory, subprocessor list, draft Asset Purchase Agreement template, IP chain-of-title evidence pack.
