My name is Yasmine Boudhina.

I am an IT engineer, infrastructure consultant, trainer, and entrepreneur - but above all, I am someone who has experienced ups and downs, failures, doubts, and rebuilding.

DossiMed was not born in a lab. It was not born from a simple "business idea."

It was born from a human journey.

A passion born early

Since childhood, I have always been fascinated by technology. I wanted to understand how systems work, how to build useful solutions, and how to turn an idea into something real.

Over time, this passion became a profession. I worked in IT infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, data backup, system architecture, and advanced technologies.

I supported companies, delivered complex audits, provided professional training, and worked on high-level technical projects.

But deep inside, I knew that one day I wanted to build something with a deeper human impact.

The entrepreneurial beginning

When I founded my company in Tunisia, I had no team, no investors, and very limited resources.

I only had:

  • my skills,
  • my ability to learn,
  • and a strong conviction: build something meaningful.

Like many founders, I went through difficult periods: doubts, rejections, financial pressure, technical mistakes, projects that did not succeed, sleepless nights, and the constant feeling of carrying everything alone.

But every difficulty taught me something.

The start of a new vision

For a long time, I had one clear ambition: work internationally and build something that could cross borders.

At the same time, I had a personal and family commitment that kept me in Tunisia. So I asked myself:

How can I build a project with worldwide impact while staying in my country?

The answer I found was innovation.

I told myself that if I wanted to build a fully export-oriented company, collaborate with international clients, and deliver globally competitive solutions, I had to master the technologies shaping the future.

That is when I decided to move into artificial intelligence.

And at that time, it was not my original area of expertise.

I came from IT infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, system architecture, and enterprise technology. AI was new territory for me.

So I started learning.

I worked day and night to reach the level of expertise required:

  • generative AI,
  • automation,
  • low-code,
  • AI workflows,
  • intelligent agents,
  • API integrations,
  • modern architectures,
  • and AI-oriented full stack development.

In parallel, I built my own visibility strategy: LinkedIn content, technical articles, YouTube videos, project demos, and active participation in innovation communities.

Step by step, this strategy started to work.

I began attracting clients in Europe with complex challenges. My role was to transform their needs into concrete AI solutions.

I was not only delivering development.

I was turning ideas, business problems, and visions into real working AI projects.

This is how I built my own innovation approach: combining technical expertise, artificial intelligence, and fast execution to deliver real solutions with real impact.

The birth of DossiMed

At the same time, I observed a simple reality around me:

  • Many people forget their medication.
  • Others do not understand their prescriptions.
  • Some older people feel lost with their treatment plans.
  • Entire families manage care with paper notes, improvised reminders, and a lot of stress.

And I asked a simple question:

Why does medical technology remain so complicated for humans?

That is when the idea of DossiMed was born.

DossiMed: AI designed for humans

I did not want to build a simple reminder app.

I wanted to build an intelligent companion able to:

  • understand a prescription automatically,
  • organize treatments,
  • remind medication intake,
  • support families,
  • simplify medical management,
  • and make healthcare more accessible through AI.
Simple Designed to be used by anyone without training
Human Every feature is based on real daily-life problems
Global Multilingual and accessible even for people less comfortable with technology

Challenges behind the build

Building DossiMed was not easy.

I had to learn many new technologies:

  • artificial intelligence,
  • medical OCR,
  • Flutter,
  • Supabase,
  • Firebase,
  • intelligent notifications,
  • automation,
  • cloud architecture,
  • security,
  • mobile UX,
  • AI workflows,
  • and much more.

I also faced major mistakes. At times, I chose tools that were not robust or scalable enough. I lost time. I had to rebuild some parts almost from scratch.

But these mistakes strengthened my technical vision.

Today, DossiMed is built on a stronger architecture designed to scale.

A journey built with determination

For a long time, I moved forward alone:

  • development,
  • strategy,
  • design,
  • AI,
  • infrastructure,
  • product,
  • marketing,
  • documentation,
  • testing,
  • support.

Being a solo founder requires strong mental discipline. You must keep going even when no one yet sees the full vision. You must move forward in uncertainty. You must believe in the project before the market itself believes in it.

And despite the challenges, I never gave up.

Why DossiMed matters so much to me

DossiMed represents much more than an application.

It is the symbol:

  • of rebuilding,
  • of growth,
  • of a technological dream turned real,
  • and of a deep will to use artificial intelligence to improve people's lives.

What DossiMed represents

  • An AI healthcare platform born from an authentic personal and professional journey
  • Proof that global innovation can be built from Tunisia
  • A sincere commitment to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • An architecture built to last, evolve, and adapt to every market

And this is only the beginning...

The DossiMed story is still being written.

Each stage of the project represents months of reflection, learning, building, and continuous improvement. Behind every feature, there are nights of work, technical decisions, doubts, and above all a constant will to build something useful and sustainable.

I learned that between an idea and a real product, there is a demanding path:

mistakes,
adjustments,
pivots,
technical obstacles,
and a lot of perseverance.

But this very journey is what builds a project's strength.

Today, DossiMed keeps evolving with a clear vision: creating an intelligent, human, and innovative platform capable of simplifying medical management and using AI in a concrete and useful way.

And with hindsight, I realize one essential thing:

Projects that last are not born from a perfect path.
They are born from deep conviction and the ability to keep going despite difficulties.

That conviction has always been my driving force.

And it still guides every decision, every improvement, and every new step in the DossiMed journey.
